Able to boot from my old SSD, and clone it to a new one (using DiskGenius), when my new motherboard didn't support the old M.2 SSD's size. System was even pretty functional booted from the adapter.

- Not too big and doesn't take up much space - Very easy to set up - Plenty of ports and options for all devices

- The rubber pad below the dock is great. - Windows 10 find all required drivers itself. - The DVI port provides a numeric signals (not only analog signals)

Very interesting product and it fit our needs well. Shipped quickly.

Plenty of inputs

Worked great right out of the box; connected my Samsung 27" HDMI monitor, and Network cable to the unit, connected the USB cable to the new Lenovo Carbon X1 Generation 6 and it all works! Saved over $100 vs the Lenovo option from another vendor! We are using a Logitech M780 keyboard and a MS ARC Mouse in Bluetooth mode, everything works as expected. The X1 comes with a 65W power supply but this unit's 60W charged the X1 from 80% to 100% in no time. Perfect!

- Able to have 2 extended desktop external monitors on MacBook Pro - Drivers exist and works for macOS 10.15.7 Catalina - Dock only a little bit warm on full load (external ssd, and 2 screens playing 4k videos) - Ethernet connected to USB3.0 bus internally - some bad hubs fallback to usb2.0. - A lot of USB3.0 pots - and no any usb2.0 ports is a plus - not waste of space on front/back panel. - Full 5Gbps speed USB ports, external SSD gives 450+ MB/s

Good price, seller was flexible with me when I needed to return an item (I ended up not needing everything I ordered).

I have a new Lenovo X1 Carbon (4th Gen) that is an awesome laptop. Lenovo sells a proprietary dock Onelink+ that is supposedly made for it but the performance was terrible. Awful mouse and keyboard lag. Flickering. I updated drivers with no improvement. It was $179. I tried the Plugable UD-3900 as a last ditch effort and it was only $100 or so but plugged in and instantly worked. Super smooth, no lag mouse movement and typing. performs as well as if the components were plugged in directly to the laptop. I'm very impressed and pleased with the Plugabe UD-3900. Also, New Egg stocks and ships these super fast!
