Even though I went with the BIOSTAR TH67+ (H67-with intel graphics), I have the option of going to overclocking with a motherboard change out later if desired. I don't think I'll be needing it. The graphics and speed of this processor is amazing especially when rendering in Vegas.

Amazing CPU, it does about anything I need it to do. I don't play many games but it does just fine with ATS, ETS2, FS22, GTA V, and others. From testing it seems like the CPU is no longer the bottleneck and I can upgrade the GPU again later. Easy upgrade path to i5/i7/i9 later down the road.
