In CPU Air Coolers

This CPU cooler does a good job. I had to upgrade my system to play MechWarrior 5 and this keeps the temp down well.

Before I even installed it, I was already impressed by the parts and pieces. The fans easily attach and detach from the cooling unit if you don't want both and can be installed elsewhere, and they include a tube of their own brand of decent thermal paste as well. The thank-you letter, metal pin-style case sticker, and noise reduction/Y cables make for an 'above and beyond' level of quality for an already high-quality product. Even the long screwdriver was of higher quality than the stuff that usually ships with this sort of thing. The product itself performs in line with the praise surrounding the Noctua brand, and you won't be disappointed. Even when under maximum sustained load, the noise is minimal and temperatures are good.

It worked like it should and lowered my HTPC old Intel 3770K temps down 10 to 15 degrees from stock cooler. Fan was loud at 2200 rpm but I had a Natua resister low noise extension power lead that lower the rpm to 1100 and it is now silent!

I have a 9950X and at idle I sit around 50c and while playing the most demanding games its around 90c which is crazy cool better than most liquid coolers

Cools very well Temps on EPYC 7401p maintained comfortably under 30c Install was very easy, and included instructions were excellent

-Silent. Immense heat dissipation allows lower fan speeds. -Very secure mounting -Completely silently cools my 2600k @ 4.4, 1.265v. Idles around 38c and never gets to 60c. Using Corsair ML140 Pro, set to min 40% max 80% from 45c-65c curve.
