OCZ Technology Behemoth Black USB Wired Laser 3200 dpi Gaming Mouse

Pros: 3200 Dpi, multiple profiles, mouse accuracy. Most of all it fits my hand which is larger than the average male

Cons: sometimes the mouse needs reinserted when rebooting windows on windows 7 (x64), windows xp (x64), and windows vista (x64)

Overall Review: ridiculously comfortable as long as you dont game with your middle finger on the scroll wheel

Pros: Premium cloth wrapped, long USB cord with built-in grooves for managing cable direction... nice touch. Settings save to the mouse, not your computer, allowing you to take your settings with your mouse. Changeable weights, albeit not in the normal Sidewinder fashion. Works well on multiple surfaces, to include cloth, hard plastics, neoprene, and anodized aluminum.

Cons: Pinky rest could use slightly more form. Not truly 3200 dpi; it uses dual lasers that can each do 1600 dpi, but only if your computer can handle 1000 Hz polling (odds are, if you don't know if it can then it probably can't). Utility setup is utilitarian in nature, and may confuse the average non-power user. No way to configure it in Linux.

Overall Review: The GUI for the included software could definitely use a little sprucing up. Mouse is FULL size, meaning your ring and pinkie finger rest on the mouse as well.... requires a larger than normal mouse pad for full comfort @ 800 dpi (default on-mouse settings are 800/1600/2400/3200 but that is combined... remember, dual laser). I suggest the SteelSeries Experience gaming pad, at least 12" x 13". I switched from the Logitech MX Revolution, which is a much better buy in my opinion.. lasted me years of 15+ hour days; just a little pricey in this economy :)

Pros: Great mouse *Adjustable DPI settings, you can customize the 4 DPI presets using the utility in the disk to anywhere from 0?-3200, so your not stuck with default sensitivity. *Perfect size for my hands *The wheel is sturdy and well built. I tend to break the mouse wheel first, and it will be hard to break this one. It also doesn't make a lot of noise when scrolling or clicking, too bad its not tilt wheel. *5 buttons and 2 Hotkeys for DPI and profile change *mouse cord *Only 30$

Cons: *Takes time to get used to the ergonomic form *Bright LeD, almost like a nightlight, and a little distracting when playing games. *The mouse frequently doesn't responds to doubleclicks, or responds as a rightclick when you doubleclick. This is a huge problem. Might be related to generic drivers

Overall Review: In my case i didn't find the mouse to be too heavy at maximum weight, it was easy to pickup and you don't have to lift it too high to reposition.

Pros: i love this mouse fits my hands perfect very responsive and i digg the fact that i can turn the dpi down on the fly. the price is so cheap better then the high price ones. buy this mouse and save some money. you wont be disapointed at all great buy.

Overall Review: if you spend more money buying somthing else your dumb. this is a great mouse and i would buy again if it was 50$ cause it would be worth it to me

Pros: Love the software, much better then OCZ's past software, the scroll wheel is by far the best i have experienced with a gaming mouse.. i love OCZ products, hoping this mouse would be like their Dominatrix which broke and have tried to replace.. its a great mouse-- the Behemoth is no Dominatrix, sadly... the Price is also a MAJOR PRO...

Cons: this part is a personal preference, i don't like the feel of the mouse, it reminds to much of the steelseries mouse... the pinky slot just doesn't cut if for me.. to awkward and uncomfortable.. issue: am not sure if its the mouse or what, but during gaming MP FPS-- the mouse lags big time! during warm up in the game no issues.. i can turn 180 with a little flick of the wrist.. during a match, way different story! get into a fire fight and over half the time, i try to do a quick 180 to get the peep behind me.. and it only turns 1/4 of the way.. i have pick up the mouse and keeping turning to get a 180.. this is not all the time but its the majority of the time and its frustrating as he77... no other mouse has done this with the game am playing.. same goes for the side buttons, over half the time i press them during gaming, and nothing happens! i have to push them two to three times before they work... the lag once again is horrible.. continue below:

Overall Review: And ONCE again these issues only happen with this mouse, i used just about every logitech, steelseries and even other OCZ mice with this game. and NONE have lagged like this... the search for the best gaming mouse FOR ME, continues.. will be RMA';ing this mouse and i have already order the OCZ Eclipse.. like i said i love OCZ products, this one just isnt for me... just hope the Eclipse is more like their Dominatrix minus its horrible software

Pros: Just to be up front, I am not a serious gamer, however I did buy this mouse for the ergonomics and functionality. This is my seventh mouse in the last year. For the price, it totally delivers! I love that the Behemoth just fits my large hands. It is very comfortable in daily use. I love the programmability and the fact that the profile is saved in the mouse, as I do not have administrator rights on my work computer, yet I get maximum functionality, after I set it up at home. It was a bonus. The four profiles is fabulous. I only use it for office work with simple apps, but the behemoth functionality has made working so much more comfortable and efficient. 3200 dpi is ridiculously fast, I stick to around the 1600 range.

Cons: The hardware is great. OCZ does not presently have a link to download either the user manual, or the programming software. Hopefully that will change if they have an update to the software, or a firmware update. I have never seen this in a mouse, but I would love to see different dpi for different axis. I would prefer 2400 to 3200 dpi in the up and down (Y) axis, and 1600 dpi in the left and right (X axis). It would probably be unreasonable because of diagonal movements, but it sure would be more useful based on how people manipulate things.

Overall Review: This may be a repeat review, as I submitted one yesterday, but it has not posted. I will not mention all the other mice I have bought this past year, but I will say I have bought many wireless notebook mice, and one full size wireless. They are convenient to keep in the bag when travelling, but I prefer the Behemoth one at my desk.

Overall Review: My friend has a Ideazon Reaper mouse and he wants my mouse instead because its alot more conformable for people with bigger hands and performs the same.

Pros: I don't know how about games, but this mouse is great for CAD programs. I tried it on couple of different programs and it's very good. Programmable buttons very useful for assigning mostly used commands. Big, nicely designed and very comfortable.

Cons: I'm using it for one day only. No cons... and it's for $25
