The U7 Pro Max works as expected. I plugged them into my network via POE, adopted them within the console, and waited for updates. No issues. FYI, real-world coverage is closer to 1000 sq ft versus 1500.

Straight forward deployment process. The controller software is very useful and easy to navigate. CLI via SSH is available for more advanced users.

- Good WAP overall - The range covers all my house (1 floor). - The speed is good (sufficient for me) - Plug and play - Reliable for the few moths Ive been using it

easy to adopt (if you have a controller) Handles currently 25 devices with very low incidents.

Good zone of coverage; Can be used as a VOIP phone jack (it has an FXS port); Can stand on a desk, or be mounted to a wall.

In comparison to other brands such as Cisco and Linksys, this AP is by far the easiest setup that I ever performed. The bandwidth strength is as advertised, and managing AP with the controller software did not required any reading.

i get tired of writing glowing reviews for Ubiquiti products, but here we are again......

I was pleasantly surprised with the performance for this price point. The small size and aesthetics are great as well. Wireless coverage is excellent outdoors. I installed it in a very large open backyard in the country using a 150's white 28AWG solid CAT6 cable and highly recommend this unit.

- Easy setup process. I set it up as standalone without an Omada controller personally since it's home use and I only have one, but it can be done either way

PoE AP super easy to get up and running, just plug and play. Has the great TP-Link user interface for management.
