I have been happy with this UPS for almost three years. This unit has a very informative display, showing important information such as % battery remaining, load in watts, VA, and % of UPS capacity, and best of all, estimated run time. It served me well during Hurricane Sandy in NJ, keeping me informed of how much longer I could keep recharging my laptop and cell phone. The battery is still healthy after almost three years. As a test, I unplugged it from the wall while it fed my 27" monitor and high-wattage desktop PC with about 250 watts. After 15 minutes of simple web browsing, the battery was at 10%. It seems it will take a very long time to recharge, increasing only 1% every 10 minutes or so. Overall, I'm glad to have this sturdy, informative unit. Being informed is a huge advantage over simpler major-brand UPSs I've owned in the past.

Fits multiple outlets into a compact shape Sleek build (looks good) Fits securely into wall outlet

Easy to install Keeps your expensive POE switch protected from lightning strikes to outside cameras and APs

The price was outstanding, shipping was free, delivery was speedy, well packaged. VERY HAPPY!

Up to 200k worth of protection!! protects phone/cable connections, along with USB/Firewire connections, very stable, software closes apps and auto saves files and shuts down comp. without having to worry about running to your machine to shut it down - Protects against power surges, and regulates improper voltages and power -

The mere fact that it is Tripp Lite is the biggest pro. I had a lightning issue about 10 years ago and Tripp Lite honored it's warranty and also replaced my equipment that was killed in the process. So, don't forget to register these if you get one. The length of the cord was my particular draw in this...the workstation is on a cart and moved around...plenty of slack.

Don't own one yet, so I can't say completely, but I have been favoring the CyberPower Smart App line for our servers and networking UPS's. They have the right options at the right prices.

So far so good. Software seems better than APC's Powerchute. In a home that was built in the late 1800s with only 2 circuit breakers where simply turning on the microwave could cause the PC to restart, this is a life saver.
