Good size for a man hand, slightly larger than my last Logitech. It has great range and response, as I use this for playing WoW on the TV in the living room. Claims a 3 year battery life on two AA batteries, but I'll be impressed if it makes it past 6 months considering how much I use it.

I got this guy because I was having wrist pain and I have to say that I think it is working! My hand seemed to slide onto it without much of a learning curve. The button configuration works well with the middle click being an added bonus.

I have roughly 150 of these in use that I have used to replace ball mice. I have had no complaints. The predesessor to this mouse had the issues where it needed unplugged and plugged back in to function properly, but that has not been the case with this one. Has been used with Windows XP, 7 Pro 32-bit, 7 Pro 64-bit, 8, and 8.1.
