Theyve easily stood the test of time and continue to be amazing headphones for basically any application. Ive personally used the DT990 Pros for the better part of a year now, and just recently grabbed a pair of DT770 Pros. The sound staging for music is incredible and the experience of a gaming headset doesnt even compare. I have them both paired with a SoundblasterX G6 gaming dac that works great for both music and gaming if you really want to crank up the bass or change audio profile for gaming. The headphones are also super comfy to wear and make long gaming sessions (6 hours+) sweat and headache free. The ear pads and headband are easily replaceable if they ever wear out or the foam gets too thin. I would easily recommend both the 990 and 770 model to anybody wanting to get into music listening, mixing, or just wanting to up their gaming experience.

amazing sound, can definitely hear more depth than my previous headphones (astro a10 gen2)

Great product well made. Backup cord included. Nice package. Great sound.

Buying from retailers online I often worry that I'll be sent a fake electronic so I am very glad that Newegg themselves had these headphones available. I live in the Caribbean & getting the tech I need delivered here is NEVER easy so I really appreciate the quickness and quality of their shipping service. The price was competitive with other more dubious websites as well. So far Ive noticed no faults with the headphones themselves.

On my HD500X the sounds are sublime > not on my Motu M4 but this it's just because the volume is too low ... no problem with HD500X

Quite frankly vose has never let me down on comfort and sound. It is more for classical or acoustic music and brings out the instruments.

Looks brand new, 2 extra eartips (different sizes), charge block and charge cable. Looks like everything but the annoying plastic retail wrapping.
