Easy to install
This is the second one I bought, had bought one previously for my other computer. I guess I wasted my money on this one, since I don't do any gaming on this computer. However, I really noticed a difference in the sharpness and resolution of just everyday videos and pics with this GPU as opposed to the graphics card built in to the chip I have installed. I think, that the screen resolution is a lot sharper if you hook it up to DisplayPort instead of HDMI. JMO.
Everything
- Yes, stable drivers, as compared to AMD GPU I initially purchased. HW is irrelevant if drivers are not stable.
Performs great at 1440p Runs quiet and cool
Great graphics card but be very careful installing rgb went to install the rgb cable and the prongs instantly snapped off
- runs quiet but does exhibit VERY minimal coil whine under heavy testing. In a completely silent room, Fractal Meshify glass sidewall off, running a GPU stress test and you can hear a faintly audible whine following the 0-100% load ramp interval of the test. I have yet to hear this with the case closed during regular 4K gaming on max settings, so coil whine is not a real world concern for me. - temps have yet to increase past 70c, great cooler design and stock fan ramp. - solid/respectable 4K performance in a variety of titles
Out of the box it worked just fine! Look foward to making a 15th gen i9 15900k build with it. Temps were below 70 playing games. Have an i9 10900k that does good but could be better.
Not much to say about such a simple thing, but its metal construction is solid, even when unscrewed, and the padding sufficient. If you're going to get a GPU support, get this and then never have to get another one ever again.
- It's pretty much plug-and-play! (if you have a prebuilt you might need to fiddle with the BIOS to get it switched from integrated graphics to the GPU; I'm using the Odense2-K motherboard) - Can't beat the price when on sale. - The fans are dead silent even under load. - Nvidia software is legendary compared to AMD. - No 8-pin power, perfect for quick office PC builds.
amazing, handles everything with ease, upgraded from a 980 ti and i cant believe technology has come so far.
The card runs fast and overclocks well while running cool and quiet.
OC mode : 2535 MHz Default mode : 2505 MHz (Boost) DirectX Level: 12.1 Automatic Tuning which finds the best overclock for your GPU and maintains that performance on a regular basis - Windows 10 Pro: v10.0.19045 - MOBO: ASUS P8Z77-V Pro - Game Ready Driver: v566.14 - CPU: Intel i7-3770K @ 3.50GHz - RAM 32GB GPU Tuning: +165MHz | VRAM Tuning: +200MHz
It's big, heavy, and beefy yet is is so quiet. It is a very long card, and it has a very large cooling solution but even with 3 fans it is whisper quiet. It maxes out Alan Wake 2 with every setting turned on the highest at 1080p. It never gets loud or hot, and there is no stutter. It's simply amazing for the price and with 16gb of RAM is future proof. I knew it would be fast because it takes 2 8-pin power connectors. That is insane. It is the fastest video card that I have ever had.
went right in, good upgrade for me
Easy to install setup and use. Great value for $
so much faster then my old 3060 3440x1440 maxed setting at high FPS is so nice
runs basically everything.
supports all my screens
