Using these fans on a new H110i GT water cooler because one of the fans that came with it rattled (apparently Corsair doesn't feel like fixing their fans). So I broke down and spent even more money to buy these to replace the stock fans, super happy I did. At idle I have these set at 700-800rpm and they dropped the liquid temps by about 3 degrees. At idle they're literally silent. Once they hit 1000 rpm they're making a whisper level of noise. At around 1200 rpm you'll know the fans are running, but the thing is if these are anywhere near 1200rpm on a cooler then you're either gaming or benchmarking so it doesn't even matter. BTW, when I say you'll know they're running at 1200 rpm, they still don't even come close to how loud the stock fans on the H110i GT are. At full speed 2000 rpm (which I'll never need) the level of dB is still completely acceptable.
