Easy setup, easy load on the server. The server interface was easy to setup and provides good information on the status of the UPS. No problems encountered

Plenty of capacity to keep our Xserve and network switch online during brief power outages

Great product. Seamless switch to battery. Quality of APC for homeowners needing low watt demand. DO IT its worth it!!!! *** I have more UPCs in a commercial environment than I know what to do with.......this is in my personal residence, I know what a good UPC is.

For a single PC this will give you enough time to save what ever work you have before losing power. I sustained a single PC under moderate load for 30 minutes before getting eminent shut down alerts. It is currently being used to back up power for a building automation system.

Lots of outlets, a "master" power plug can shut power off to peripherals when the tower is off. Fit and finish seem very good.

Pure sine, double-converted online output is the best. Enermax specifies real sine wave (not simulated sine) UPS' for their Infiniti and Galaxy PSU's and the SU-series do it well. It's quick switching to battery power when AC is down and the software works. Can accept external batteries for increased runtime. Internal heat sinks are nice - keeps things cool should you happen to use full 800 watt capacity, but most PC's never use that much even at full tilt. I have an o/c'ed E6600 & HD2900XT, 3 HDD's, 2 opticals, etc. and the output LED's haven't gone past 50%.

This UPS replaced an APC Smart UPS 750 RM 2U - also a rackmount unit. The SRT1000RMXLA adds a super-functional display, power-conditioning capabilities in addition to larger battery capacity/improved runtime.

Does what its supposed too. Been running for several months. We have had several short power outages and it has performed well

The cheapest USP with cable internet/TV support

Output is level and transfers over with no spikes/drops. Windows 7 workstation (500W PSU) detected it right away as a plugged in battery and, during a recent outage, it handled the load very well. In addition, I had 2 monitors + low-power desktop (250W PSU) plugged in as well. Under little load, I was able to work for another 15 minutes until shutting down. Surge suppressor saved my phone when the power did come back.

Stands up to power outages with a PC, 2 monitors plugged into battery side. Surge side is passive so can be used if the battery goes dead. These devices have protected many pieces of equipment for me and have taken lightening damage while keeping my equipment safe.

This is actually my third CyberPower UPS and recently purchased this for my HTPC system. It seems they updated their monitoring software to give it a more robust look. Although I am a little dismayed the fact I can't use the serial port with their software. The website said to use WindowsXP's UPS monitoring function for serial port which is very limited to it's use. I never did get the serial portion to work right with WinXP so stick with their software in USB mode. Just wish it works with both serial and USB with it. No big deal. It seems the USB version works just as well. I also own the 1500AVR and 900AVR for the past several years without issues. Also, the batteries are user replaceable. Just remove the one screw at the bottom and the front panel comes off. ALthough it is NOT hot swappable so make sure you unplug everything from it before swapping batteries.

-web interface for management -email alerts -can do both web interface and USB for safe shutdown of computers or NAS

Great UPS. I have two of these that run a number of different PCs and servers. I have a generator now so they really only have to keep a load for a few minutes before it kicks on, but prior to that, it ran three servers for a solid 20+ minutes (probably would've lasted longer, but that was enough time for me to gracefully shut everything down)
