Does what it says. Great price point for sine wave.

Clean power, dependable, outlasted any expectation and warranty, can recycle with trade-ups program, line filtering and RJ45 jacks

Its a UPS which still works on the original battery after nearly 2 and a half years

Using multiple open source platforms to write code for my college courses. Easy to configure using command lines.

Great UPS. I have two of these that run a number of different PCs and servers. I have a generator now so they really only have to keep a load for a few minutes before it kicks on, but prior to that, it ran three servers for a solid 20+ minutes (probably would've lasted longer, but that was enough time for me to gracefully shut everything down)

Mounts easily in short-depth racks, making it fit in nicely with network switches or audio gear. Cheap.

The SMC1000C model (600w) may be sufficient for most gaming PC's. Mine is overclocked and uses more power than most so I opted for the SMC1500C (900w) model.

Front panel light is adjustable and you can easily mute it when power does go off from a front panel button.

it works as it should

-Compact size compared to my older 1000va unit -Looks good, black case blends into existing equipment -LCD panel has useful information, especially wattage -Batteries are common type, easy-to-find, so in a few years, replacement easy to do.
