I have used Cyber Power products in the past and never had any problems. So far this new UPS is working just fine. Tech support was super in helping me with recommendations and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

+ • 5 Battery backup outlets • All outlets protected with surge suppression. • USB charging port (1.5A) • PC power monitoring software (PowerChute) • LED power mode indicator (AC, battery backup) • Muted aesthetics, not an eye catcher. • 45º angled power plug is great for crowded outlets or power strips. • Seamless backup power in the event of power loss. I set this battery backup for use with my PC and monitor, and has been a great addition to my set up. The PowerChute software provides almost real-time power consumption and estimated battery run time on power failure. The PowerChute software can be configured to shut down your PC for you in the event of power loss, at a set interval of time. For my hardware scenario I set the software to 5 minutes on battery before shutting down my PC, given my current PC hardware configuration. Current specs: i7 5820k x99 motherboard GTX 1060 6GB OC 16GB DDR4 1.35v (2x 8GB) 2 SSD’s, and one 3TB WD black HD. 1x BD/DVD optical. 4 140mm fans, 2 120mm fans 630W 80+ gold rated PSU This battery backup is sufficient for my use, as even under load (gaming) the software reports that I should have more than 6 minutes of battery run time. At idle the PowerChute software reports that I should have 18+ minutes on battery, which is plenty of time to save work and shut down should I choose to extend the battery run time before auto shutdown. Some other nice features of the PowerChute software is that it can report daily cost of operating attached equipment, total energy usage per month in kWh and interestingly estimated carbon dioxide emissions per day. Perform firmware updates, run self diagnostics, set hours at which alarms are active (if you dont want to be alerted to an alarm at 3 a.m.) What I’ve checked most often is the current energy consumption and load on battery backup. I was surprised to see that my system uses much less energy than I thought, with an average of 115 Watts at idle, and 265 +/- Watts under load, this is including my 144Hz monitor drawing 23 Watts. I really like the addition of a USB charging port, which also provides power on battery. This is a great way to charge your phone in a power outage, a 1.5 amp capacity should be enough for most phones and most tablets.

Protects valuable computer from damage.

My CyberPower CP1500 arrived with no damage. I plugged it in and it worked right out of the box. Thanks NewEgg. 5-Stars

This is a great little battery backup that supports PFC.

using it for half a year, has succeeded multiple times in preventing computer restarts due to power interruption decent software that records power loss events and electricity usage pure sinewave, working fine connected to the desktop's bronze rated Seasonic power supply

I've used about 15 of these so far, they have been working flawlessly so far. Used for remote location network rack equipment protection. Replaced cheapo APC brick style UPS's that had a high failure rate. The LCD is nice, it blanks after a few minutes so the bright light isn't on constantly.

Able to run my gaming computer at max potential with my monitor for 3 minutes or more, enough to withstand a electric blink.

Easy setup Clean looking Easy management

substantial wattage rating, compact design, LCD front panel indicator and Automatic Voltage Regulation. Lots of features packed into a small form-factor UPS. I Love having the ability to see how much of a load my PC is drawing. Nice GUI interface to monitor status.

It supplies backup power to the connected devices during storms. We connect our 5G Home Internet gateway to it, so the UPS keeps it running when there is a moment of outage.

Comes with incredibly well written instructions. Software is fully featured and allows for control, same as the LCD menu.

Small and works great for the modem and router and other small power use.

Works as advertised. LCD shows the percent of load on the UPS

I've had this about 2 weeks. This replaced a Cyberpower UPS that died. Not much to say about a UPS. I bought this to place behind my TV and console. I was tired of loosing power for a second and having to wait an eternity for the cable DVR to boot back-up. Living in the lightning capital of the USA we see a great deal of power outages. The size and design of this UPS works great for my application. I have my TV, WiFi Router, DVR and Google TV player on this UPS with no problems. Hopefully this will provide the back-up I need for short outages and brown-outs.

Length: it's shorter than others so it will mount fine in 2 post racks using included heavy-duty mounting brackets. Price: excellent value for your dollar. Tons of features you would not expect for a device under $1000. Quiet: does not make a horrible racket like other UPS in its class. Just a periodic chirp and light fan sound. Powerful: 20A means you can put more load on it and it will charge faster.

Well packed manufacturer packaging. Very clear multi-lingual user manual that is well worth the time reading the few pages in your chosen language. Very clear warning markers attached to UPS. Very difficult to install and use this unit without seeing the warning marker to connect the internal batteries. Silent operation; it does not have any fans on/in it that I can tell. Novel "master slave" outlet pairing. Lose power to the "master" device and the "slave" device turns off immediately. The manual tells me this feature is disabled by default, but read the user manual carefully to fully understand it's operation.
