The SYBA SI-PEX15055 expansion card offers the capability to add two DB9 RS-232 Serial ports to a desktop. It features a PCIe x1 host interface that fits into any PCIe slot from x1 to x16. The stand- and low-profile brackets are included for trouble-free installation into almost any PC cases, regardless of the form factor. It is designed to be used with applications such as Serial Attached Devices, Serial Networking/Monitoring Equipment, Data Acquisition System, POS Terminal & Industrial PC, and embedded systems.
- Uses the ASIX AX99100 chipset
- Supports 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9-bit Serial format
- Supports Even, Odd, None, Space and Mark parity
- On Chip 256 Byte depth FIFOs in Transmit, Receive path of each Serial Port
- Remote wakeup and power management features
- Slow IrDA mode (up to 115200bps) on all Serial Ports
