- Brand new printhead can print with high quality. The liquid on the printhead is not ink. It is protection liquid.
- After changed a new printhead there is air so please wait some time to let the ink flow in then clean 2 to 3 times will be done. If still can not work please check whether there is air in the ink tube or ink cartridge.
- Except printhead while ink pump also is the part that will influence the print quality. After you have changed a new printhead still have not improved the print quality while you may also need to change a ink pump.
- If you do all maintenance still print blank then the problem is with the mainboard. You need to check whether your mainboard can be repaired or need to change.
- The DTF printer is complicate so it is better that you can find a technician to help you to do the maintenance.
