Important Note 1 :
Please must close the Genuine Mode before you install Remanufactured toner cartridge with chip, the step is Setup >Supply Settings >Cartridge Supply>off. In order to avoid firmware update to block the Remanufactured toner cartridge to be used continuously in the future, please also close the Printer Update and Firmware Update in Setup.
Important Note 2 :
Since our cartridge uses the recycled original chip, printer will not indicate correct toner level. Don't worry, cartridge life ends when the printout text fades.(The indication won't affect print job).
If the computer or printer prompts "Cartridge Low" during printing, please click "Snooze" and choose "2 month" to close the prompt. Then the cartridge will be used up until low image density.
