These ink cartridges have a 24-month shelf life .
What if my printer does not recognize the ink cartridges?
Remove and reinstall the cartridges, repeating 1-3 times. If the problem continues, gently clean the nozzle and chip using the provided cleaning wipe, then reinstall the cartridges.
