The Adesso Xtream P2 is a USB-wired, over-ear multimedia headset with an adjustable noise-canceling microphone and handy volume control, suited to people who take calls, attend online classes, or listen to audio at a computer.
Recommended For
- Call-center and customer-support staff who spend work shifts on calls at a USB-equipped desk and want a wired headset with an adjustable microphone and inline volume and mute controls.
- Office workers who regularly join computer-based meetings and prefer a plug-and-play USB connection instead of separate headphone and microphone plugs.
- Staff at shared desks, service counters, or support stations who need a boom mic they can position on either side and a microphone designed to reduce background noise picked up during calls.
- Remote workers or learners who use a computer for voice calls or online classes and want a wired headset with onboard volume and mute controls.
Real-World Use Scenarios
- At a call-center or customer-support desk, a worker can handle repeated calls hands-free and adjust or mute the microphone from the inline control; the adjustable boom helps position the mic for speaking.
- In an open office or shared workspace, a user can join computer-based calls with both ears covered and a noise-cancelling microphone intended to help reduce unwanted background sound picked up during speech.
- For remote meetings, a user can connect the headset to a computer for listening and speaking without separate headphone and microphone connections, then adjust volume or mute the mic using the inline control.
- At a clerk’s desk or conference-room workstation, the wired USB connection suits a stationary computer setup, while the inline controls let the user change volume or mute without navigating call software.
- During online learning or other computer-based conversations, a student or participant can listen and speak through one headset; its adjustable fit and boom mic support repositioning during use.
