Does this computer speaker have a built-in battery?
Yes, this computer soundbar features a rechargeable battery(4000 mah), you can use this pc sound bar for portable use.
For example a small home party or dance indoors. Turn on the RGB and make the volume the max, the battery will last for around 3 hours.
How to charge the pc gaming soundbar?
Please use a safe power adapter (5V,2A) to provide the power supply, it is the only correct way to charge this soundbar for PC gaming.
The PC/ laptop USB port can not provide a powerful current (2A).
Some customers say there is a static noise heard when charging the device.
They didn't charge the PC soundbar correctly.
Plug the AUX cord into the PC/laptop meanwhile charging the device via PC/laptop USB will make a loud noise, which is an incorrect operation.
It seems that I received a used item, with lots of scratches on the top of the device.
Please kindly note, there is a soft protective film on the top of the mirror board. The scratches are on the protective film, not the mirror board.
There is a sticker that reminds you to tear off the protective film before use. If the sticker drops off, please use transparent adhesive tape to remove the protective film.
A few buttons are sticky, when I press them, they can not come back automatically.
