About some of buyers feedback the microphone cant work, if you also have this problem, Please follow the instructions below

if you use G30 air mouse, please make sure it in 2.4G mode, how to confirm it in 2.4G mode and IR mode?  

Press any buttons of the air mouse, if the led light show red color, means it in IR mode, then the gyro and voice in closed mode, 

so you need press "TV"button switch to 2.4G mode, in 2.4G mode , the led light will show Green color when you press any button, 

then you can press the Mouse key to open and close the Gyro function.
