- Notice: The nominal current of a power semiconductor device is tested in a specific heat dissipation condition, and it is not a long working current.Therefore, the user should leave enough residual amount according to working conditions and working environment when selecting type.Leave 6 times the margin.The actual working current should be less than 5A when it is not equipped with the radiator, and the actual working current is greater than 5A.When the actual working current is greater than 40A, the appropriate radiator and fan should be installed to assist the heat dissipation.
