This adapter is designed to allow you to connect a VGA monitor to a displayport video output. It conforms to the displayport 1.2 a standard and supports resolutions up to 1920x1080p @60Hz. Being an active adapter, it is fully compatible with the AMD Eyefinity and nVidia Surround multidisplay modes. It features a true 6 inch cable length with polycarbonate connector heads. The VGA end has panel screw holes, so you can secure the cable to the connector.
The DP connector head measures 14.5 mm thick, 25.5 mm wide, and 31.0 mm long. The VGA connector head measures 19.5 mm thick, 42.0 mm wide, and 47.0 mm long.
