Bought this because my mobo has a USB 2.0 connector and my new case has 3.0 plugs on the front. It plugged right in and all the ports work. Aesthetically, the black plate looks really nice on the back of my rig. I took the advice here and went straight to the manufacturer's website for the drivers and they installed with no issues.
