I havent found a single thing wrong with this pc except sometimes itll lag but thats common and just a reset fixes it which is very easy to do because it has a button on the top of the build conveniently. other than that works amazing! 10/10 reccomend

Bought two of these for me and my wife; out of the box they worked great. Some issue had my wifes stop working so she called their support to help (she is not computer literate AT ALL) and they walked her through everything and basically taught her how to build a new PC. Still didnt work so they sent a label to have it shipped back to be looked at. I have no complaints, service awesome, she thinks shes better than me with her knowledge - all is well. Just waiting for the computer to come back. A good buy.
