Small for the capacity. Easy to set up, as in you don't have to connect the battery manually. Has a serial port connection as well as USB, so if I decide to move this thing to back up something running *nix later I know I'll be able to get it working, one way or the other. Display on the front is bright and easy to read, has some pretty good info on it to boot. It's really cool to see a UPS that will tell you the current power input AND output, how many watts your using, what your expected battery time will be should the power go out, and so on. My old APC sure as hell won't do that. The included software shows all the same information too, which is also great to have. Probably the feature I'm happiest about: you can turn off the annoying beeping on power loss, though you have to install the software to do it. I CANNOT overstate how much I was looking for that feature. I actually clipped the tone generator wires on my old APC backup unit, I was that desperate for a way to disable the annoying alarm. And really, I'm pretty sure I can figure out when the freakin' power goes out without being beeped to death. Unexpected bonus: comes with included coax (cable), RJ-11 (single-line phone), and USB A-to-B cables. Good quality ones too.

Great UPS for rating under or at 2400 watts the max for a 20 amp circuit.

Great product. Seamless switch to battery. Quality of APC for homeowners needing low watt demand. DO IT its worth it!!!! *** I have more UPCs in a commercial environment than I know what to do with.......this is in my personal residence, I know what a good UPC is.

Comes with incredibly well written instructions. Software is fully featured and allows for control, same as the LCD menu.

Ok, to get this out of the way--ONE button does everything. Not the most convenient thing for consumers to do but simplifies things for the maker of the product except when people call them and go "blah blah, how do I do this or dat?" The instructions come with it on how to set settings though. Voltage trip range could be set to sensitive, normal, or high. I left it on normal, which is preset, and it tripped once within a week--I heard a click from the unit, which means it activated. Also, audio alarm could be disabled (or couple other options as to when it would activate), all of which also is set by one button.. meh. You have to hold button for so long, blah, do so long of a press blah, blah blah... meh. Green power LED is very nice looking but too bright for bedrooms, so I had to put a sticky note paper over it and paint that area with a black permanent marker (in reverse order) to keep that light from shining brightly in the room. Overall: it is a very nice polished looking product for a reasonable price.

Lots of outlets, a "master" power plug can shut power off to peripherals when the tower is off. Fit and finish seem very good.

The size is great, not too big.

These seem to work with our generator. This is my UPS of choice at this point.

Just a great product. I was debating between this and the Tripplite. I am very happy I went with APC. The product is very well made and the cloud as well as local interface to the unit is excellent. I was worried before delivery about given its short chassis how it would handle in the rack using only the front rails and the came up with a really nice brace for under the unit that fits securely and easily handles the weight of the unit. It is also dead silent which for me is a must as it is within my office and quiet matters.

Able to run my gaming computer at max potential with my monitor for 3 minutes or more, enough to withstand a electric blink.
