5 out of 5 eggsGotta leave a review

Pros: Great Sound: Great feel: Reliable: Easy to remove microphone when you don't need it: Volume control on cable: Good long length of cable.

Cons: Does not work on a Mac with out a Pre-Amp adapter like iLov so it can pull the power from the USB port, then it works great: Hidden Microphone switch that was set to off, so at first I thought it was dead:

Other Thoughts: Overall a great headset that I would recommend to anyone that needs one. If your a Mac user get the iLov adapter with it or the Microphone will not work.

2 out of 5 eggsRight Side stopped working

Pros: comfortable, clear

Cons: mic can be spotty, right side went out after about 4 months of operation,

Other Thoughts: sent in a ticket for a request that Creative replace them but well see if they cooperate

1 out of 5 eggsDied after 8 months

Pros: Comfortable for smaller heads/ears.

Cons: It just up and died after about 8 months.

Other Thoughts: I expected these to last at least a year. I have a super cheap pair that is going on 4 years now and still working fine.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent for the cost

Pros: Velvet cushion cradles ears nicely and blocks outside noise
Detachable mic
Flexible mic arm can bend any direction
Good bass
Not USB

Cons: Not the most full sound compared to higher end headsets or earbuds but for the $30 I paid I am more than satisfied.

3 out of 5 eggsDecent for the price

Pros: Relatively comfortable, can be worn for extended periods of time
Friends report hearing me clearly so the mic does its job

Cons: The headphones themselves are really quiet even with volume maxed out
Sound is mediocre. I've got 8 dollar Panasonic EARBUDS off ama zon that have a fuller richer sound then this OVER THE EAR headset
Just relatively comfortable, basically, they are more comfortable then any other headset I've used in this price range

Other Thoughts: It has a mic, the comfort is good enough, and the price makes it easy enough to try out without being to bummed if it disappoints.
After hearing how quiet this headset was and feeling the comfort levels I think I would've opted to go into 1 of 2 directions. Either a high-end headset or a low-end pairing of cheap earbuds along with a basic, desktop mic

4 out of 5 eggsGreat budget headset

Pros: lightweight
comfortable over ear pads
flexible/removable boom mic

Cons: cord is fairly lightweight

Other Thoughts: Ordered this headset for my son (14 year old) who is an avid gamer. He wears them comfortably for extended gaming sessions up to 6-8 hours. Fairly good at blocking out ambient noise.

5 out of 5 eggsStill kicking after 5 years

Pros: Durability
Sound Quality
Noise Cancelation

Cons: Flimsy clip
not wireless

Other Thoughts: Bought this back in 2010, and other than the fact that the clip snapped after I got up from my desk without unclipping one day, which didn't affect its performance, this bad boy still delivers the same sound and recording quality from day one. I've tried other gaming headsets, and this one still sets the bar.

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: The price

Cons: They sound very tinny

The mics ok its an improvment from my 2.99 mic.

The around the ear cushioning is not a big enough diameter to go around the outside of my ears so not good if u have big ears and or are tall, i'm 6'4" with average ears.

I ordered the sennhieser g4me one headset instead.

2 out of 5 eggsNot worth the money.

Pros: Comfortable around the ears, removable mic is handy.

Cons: The sound quality is definitely not great. I get better sound quality out of my iphone earbuds. There also seems to be a strange issue where, when my headset is muted, it will start to broadcast any sound my computer plays (i.e., windows sounds, or even music I play). The removable mic is good, and it seems to pick up voice well and not any ambient noise, but I wish it were a little longer and flexible but also stay in place once I bend it. I found myself having to readjust it several times in a gaming session. In my opinion, buy better ones for 20-30 dollars more, you'll probably enjoy those way more, and it will be far better value for your money.
