Pros: Onboard HDMI (for April 2008) Lot's of ports
Cons: Overheated easily requiring a good dusting a few times prior to restarting.
Other Thoughts: This was purchased for use as a HTPC and torrent box in the Silverstone LC19 case. Last night the onboard video locked up during a 1080p x264 movie and never came back after reboot. It was starting to show snow and other distortion when any video was placed on pause including iMDB previews. Over the last few months the majority of movies played have been 1080p x264 and this probably took the NB over the edge.
I can still access the system using remote desktop for torrent work, but even using the system as networked storage to play video across the gigabit network causes stuttering playback when I've been able to seamlessly play 1080p x264 video from a USB 2.0 external drive from the other side of the house.
To be fair, the LC19 case and the confined shelf below the 50" plasma didn't allow for the best air circulation. Also, I have a 65W CPU and should be using a lower-power one since this will just be performing video playback and torrent work.

Rating: 5/5Great board
Pros: -Great setup for a mATX -Wonderful BIOS -Good company
Cons: -High northbridge temp (83-95 Celsius) -Temp sensors are a little wonky, some say the NB sensor is 20-25 deg too high but i think its spot on, just runs too hot. -Sometimes the CPU and NB can get a little hot together when playing HD material, but a nice case fan and some smart tweaking can fix the problem.
Other Thoughts: The northbridge is actually made to run that hot. Youll proabably see on forums that people are complaining about how hot it gets, but GB fitted the board with a bigger heatsink on rev 1.1, and that is what this board is. Still runs hot but aparantly it's supposed to and i have had no probles at all. Conveniantly boils my water so i can make tea.

Rating: 5/5Excellent low-power board
Pros: Everything I needed is built into this board; I have a system with no addon cards whatsoever. The video performance is adequate, feeling roughly equal to the 6600GT it replaced. With a 4850e X2 CPU, 2x2GB Corsair RAM, and a 80+ PSU, I have a system that idles at 50 watts at the wall socket. That includes 2 older hard drives; with one newer 'green' drive idle consumption could be down to near 40 watts for a complete system.
Cons: Windows XP will only recognize 2.75GB of the 3.5GB available for system RAM. (4GB installed, minus 0.5GB for video RAM.) This is Windows' fault, not the motherboard's. Since the RAM was only $25 after rebate, it's really hard to complain.
Other Thoughts: This was a drop-in replacement for an old Asus A7N8X; I replaced the motherboard/CPU/RAM, reusing all the other bits (drives/case/etc.). I didn't even have to reinstall Windows. I have not yet tried the HDMI out. I plan to, and assuming that goes well will probably buy another board and build a MythTV box out of it.

Rating: 5/5Gong on 1yr and nothing but good things to report!
Pros: I was going to write a long review but lets just keep it to the point. Onboard video plays half life 2, Far cry, Doom 3 and so on with no problems at all. I added a video card and now it runs like a champ on the Hybrid Crossfire feature. I`m into movie`s music games you name it and it works like a pro. Changed many things in my computer in the last year. From taking out a old PSU and putting in a new one to new 4 GIGs if Gskill ram and so on. Still no problems also whoever says you cant over clock this bad boy does not know what they are doing. I am runing a 2.0mhz 3800 AMD 2X and it runing smooth with no high temps overclocked at 2.8mhz so what do you think of that eh LOL dont let the price fool you this thing rocks!
Cons: MB runs a little hot sometimes with hrs of game play or burning LOL put in some new fans and it seems to be fine. Just ran hot never locked up on me just a FYI
Other Thoughts: I need to start a NEA group newegg anonymous group or start working for them. I love this site and well what can I say hooked and have been sending everyone that I like or dont mind finding out my secret to this site LOL. I really do belive new egg is the next best buy/ google online. For a privately held company I want in even if that means cleaning the bathrooms LOL.. For real if they ever go public this company is going to be HUGE on the stock. The reason is they are not "GREEDY" circuit ##! we our greedy and ripped many off now are BK boo hoo LOL. Newegg is what so many other online companys need to model themselves after mabey then they would not go BK. Even if I can get the item for $3.00 or more less "thats rare" any place other then new egg I still only buy through them and you ask "WHY?" Well it cuz THEY ARE NEWEGG the one the only best techi junky store we all go to for a quick fix or to window shop on our wish list. Take care all my fellow techi junkys happy X-mas or whateve

Rating: 5/5Great bang for the buck
Pros: This is such a great package. I was going to get the ASUS board which is similar but opted for this one. I am running Kubuntu 8.10 64 bit with no problems at all. eSata a plus. No fan on north bridge.
Cons: No cons yet!!!!
Other Thoughts: Haven't played with the HDMI yet. Its a well constructed board as far as I can tell. I'm running AMD Athlon X2 4850e 2.5GHz Socket AM2 45W, G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400), two SATA WD hard drives, LG SATA DVD burner. Using on board video.

Rating: 5/5Nice step up from 690
Pros: Lost of features for a mATX board. I have it paired with some G.Skill Pi memory, an Athlon X2 3.1 Ghz, a WD 640 GB HDD, and a Lite On Blu Ray BDROM. Works great. The Blu Ray works great. I had it hooked up to my TV and surround sound. Tried it with Ironman and the scene where the Jericho missile is launched sounded better than it did in the theater!! I can't say anything about Hybrid Crossfire until I get a video card, but the IGP plays Halo and Halo 2 with no problems.
Cons: Integrated Network card is not work. Not that big of a deal because I am using it with a wireless card anyway.
Other Thoughts: I highly reccomend this. I used to use nothing but ASUS, but the last few build I have done for customers and myself have been Gigabyte because of the bang for the buck.

Rating: 4/5Great but had to send original back
Pros: Excellent inexpensive mobo. Good built in video, can handle a ton of memory.
Cons: needs more built in USB ports (only has 2); had a problem and Gigabyte support was useless
Other Thoughts: Works great, but I'm only giving 4 stars because I had to send the first board back and get a replacement. When I first got this board, there was an unacceptable whining noise coming from the mobo in the vicinity of the CPU. It wasn't any fan or other moving part. I wound up sending the first board back (RMA to NewEgg), which took about 10 days to get the replacement. With the replacement board it works great, with a Phenom X3 8450 processor.
