Just as there’s no such thing as too much power, there’s no such thing as too much cooling. The CLP0533 CPU cooler is Thermaltake's latest offering designed to bring high-powered cooling to the latest Intel socket 1366 processors.
The all-copper base absorbs heat and transfers it to the aluminum fins more efficiently than other materials. A 70mm single-ball-bearing fan, which has a longer life and better heat endurance than a sleeve-bearing fan, sits on the side of the heatsink blowing air across the adjacent chipsets, MOSFETs and other nearby circuitry. PWM functionality allows the system BIOS to adjust the fan for lower noise levels depending on they system’s thermal needs.
A simple push pin clip installation lets you mount the CLP0533 onto Intel Socket 1366 processors including the latest Core i7 (Nehalem Bloomfield) Series.
