Pros: They are nicely plated and good heavy quality. I have used about 100 packages of these with maybe one or two flawed screws.

Pros: if you get a rack with square holes, you are going to need this. they usually only come with a few of these. i bought a startech 12u rack an these fit together perfectly.

Cons: thought i was going crazy. seems someone at QA was asleep when they were making my natch. some of the screws, the diameter of the thread is just a tad smaller like .5mm, just enough to be to big to go into the nut. not worth complaining about.
