Step up from the stock cooling fan and heatsink that came with your processor to the Thermaltake Spark 5 CPU cooling fan and heatsink. Made for use with Intel Socket 478 processors, such as Intel Pentium 4, Celeron D or Intel Pentium 4 Prescott procesor , the all-copper base absorbs heat and transfers it to the OptiFin heatsink more efficiently than other materials. A tool-free metal clip makes installation easy.
A 70mm, 5,500rpm, single-ball-bearing fan, which has a longer life and better heat endurance than a sleeve-bearing fan, sits on top of the heatsink pushing heat out and away from the processor. A simple connection to a standard 3-pin fan port on your motherboard is all that’s needed for power.
