Installation Guide
For 3.5" SATA Drives: Must use the 12V power adapter. USB power alone cannot run 3.5" drives. Plug the supply into a wall outlet, then connect to the DC port.
For 2.5" SATA Drives: Should work via USB power alone. Ensure the USB cable is fully inserted into a USB 3.0 port. Avoid USB hubs
