This decorator blank insert is designed for easy DIY installations. Simply screw the adapter into place at the top and bottom of the wall box, and then install your decorator wall plate over the adapter. For the best fit and color match, use with ENERLITES wall plates (sold separately). Some recommended models include 8831-W, 8831M-W, 8831O-W, SI8831-W, or SI8831M-W.
