1. Properly adjust the length of the elastic band, so that the chest band can be comfortably close to the skin, even if the movement will not loose and slip.
2. First fasten one end of the heart rate sensor to the end of the sensor webbing (please make sure it is fastened).
3. Wet the induction area on both sides of the back of the induction webbing with water. This is a must, otherwise we don't turn it on until we detect it
4. Wrap the chest strap around the lower edge of the chest (pectoral muscle) and buckle the other end.
5. Please make sure to wear it in the correct direction (Logo must be on the chest and upright, so as not to be correctly sensed).
Note: Remember not to search for paired sensor Bluetooth devices directly in your phone's Bluetooth. (Please pair from within the exercise APP, ALA Fitness midpoint running can connect to this device)
After the above 5 steps are done, it will be automatically turned on, and it will be automatically turned off.
