AD8361 AM Microwave Detector 0.1-2.5GHz Detector Amplitude
AD8361 is mainly used for real power measurement of simple and complex waveforms, especially for peak factor (peak-to-root mean square ratio) signals, such as CDMA and W-CDMA. AD8361 has three operating modes, which support multiple ADC requirements:
1. Grounding mode of reference voltage source with zero source.
2. Internal reference voltage source mode can offset the output to 350 mV above the ground level.
3. Providing a reference voltage source mode, the output can be biased to VS/7.5.
