Please follow the guidelines below:

Step 1: Gently remove the black or transparent protective cover before installing.

Step 2: Tear off the plastic tape.

Step 3: Put the cartridge into printer in the correct slot.

Step 4: Click "Yes" or "Continue" if you receive a "You have not installed genuine cartridges" message.

Warm Tips :

a. Do not touch the chip and the nozzle.

b. When installing these cartridges, the printer may prompt as "Low Ink" or even 'empty'. This is VERY COMMON with re-manufactured ink cartridges as the ink gauge cannot be reset.
