The data rate of each channel modulated by PAM4 is as high as 53.125Gbps. It integrates an 850nm vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) array and a photodiode (PD) array.
The Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) function has been realized.
Hot-swappable.
Low power consumption, less than 4W at the 200G end and less than 3W at the 100G end. Commercial operating temperature range :0°C to 70°C. Comply with ROHS2.0(Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive 2.0).
