10Gtek's External SAS (SFF-8088) receptacle assembly is the Mini-Serial Attached SCSI (Mini-SAS) I/O interface. This interface was adopted for the SAS 1.1 standard and proposed for SAS 2.0 standard, and is designed to support 3G or 6G SAS applications. The passive External SAS copper cable assembly is up to 6Gbps data rates per channel.
