Principle:
The principle of the power filter is one kind-impedance adaptation network: the greater the impedance mismatch between the input and output side of the power filter and the power supply and load side, the more effective the attenuation of electromagnetic interference. The soft start line is composed of high-power relays. It is composed of high-power thermistor, low-power backup power supply and control part. The board has two sets of 220V output, which can be easily connected to two independent transformers. This board is equipped with a temperature protection circuit. Two temperature switches of 75 degrees are provided with the board. The two temperature switches can be installed on the surface of the heat sink or power tube of the left and right channels respectively. When the temperature reaches 75 degrees, the main power supply will be automatically cut off. In order to avoid the power amplifier tube from being burnt out due to excessively high temperature, if you need to change the shutdown temperature, you can purchase a normally open temperature switch with other temperature values. In addition, after the protection circuit is activated, it may be necessary to wait for a period of time until the actual temperature is lower than the start temperature of the temperature control switch before turning on the machine again.
