Introduction
NY-D01 spot welding machine control board is a controller developed for DIY or simple resistance welding machines. It adopts single-chip digital control and the principle of thyristor phase shift triggering, and the purpose of welding can be achieved by adjusting the time and current.

Note: The difference between the 100A board and the 40A board is that the SCRs are different. At the same time, the SCRs of the two boards are interchangeable and compatible, but it is strictly forbidden to use multiple SCRs in parallel or in series.

How to use the screw-terminal: Press down the protrusion on the terminal, insert the terminal into the place pointed by the red arrow in the figure below, loosen the protrusion, and the wire will be compressed, which is very convenient to use.
