LINKUP Cat6A Shielded Twisted Pair Modular Connectors provide a highly compatible easy to use network solution for larger diameter cables, featuring quality materials & shielding while meeting all quality certification standards.
These Cat6A STP Jacks are specially designed using load bars 1.5 mm in size that can fit 1.35~1.45mm wires. These premium connectors are designed to terminate with larger diameter Cat6a or Cat7 (22 to 23 AWG/6.0~8.5mm) patch cables. This thicker cable standardized for Cat6A brings better protection when compared to Cat5.

1. Put the boot onto the cable & strip 25mm of the jacket.
2. Remove the foil (keep some mesh wiring to harness to the clip after connector is inserted) and
untwist to separate each pair.
3. Straighten and flatten the wires into 568A or 568B as needed, and cut the wires at 15mm from the end
of the jacket.
4. Insert wires into the cable loader (feed into wider loader opening). Ensure loader remains at the end
of the wires and completely flush (NOT STICKING OUT) with the end of the wires to prevent crossing
during connector insert.
5. Insert wires with loader into the connector. Keep pushing the wires (even after loader stops moving
into the connector) until wires are flush with the end of the connector.
6. Crimp the wires using the specified LINKUP hand tool (TL-CA6AV2) for large diameter wires.
7. Place the leftover braiding from the shield under the metal clip to ground the cable, and cut the
excess shielding away.
8. Using specified LINKUP hand tool (TL-CA6AV2), crimp the clip.
9. Crimping finished. Apply the boot and test your cable before use.
