If the dvd driver can't be recognized by computer or it can't play well:
(1)The SD card slot and TF slot can not be used simultaneously ;
(2)Ensure your cd/dvd is placed well and not scratched ;
(3)If your devices don't have enough power to support the external drive, it is better to use the external power adapter to increase the power and ensure more stable work (The package includes the DC charging cable) ;
(4)Make sure your computer has a driver before using the external drive.

1.Not support for Blu-tay disk, TVs, tablets, car, smartphone, projector, PS 5, Xbox, Switch, Chrome OS.
2.SD port and TF slot cannot be used at the same time. The DC power port is for charging only.
