Possible Problems
- Some laptops have insufficient power and cannot provide enough voltage for the device to work normally, which may fail to read CD/DVD or slower reading speed. Please connect the external power supply of the laptop to use.
- Some systems sometimes fail to work normally. If your device uses Windows 10/11 operating system, it is recommended to install "VLC MEDIA Player" to play DVD/CD.
- The driver cannot be recognized, or the DVD cannot be read, please connect the interface to the USB interface on the motherboard behind the PC host.
- When reading a CD, the maximum reading speed is 24x. At this time, the speed of the CD is very fast, and unnecessary noise is likely to be generated. This is a normal phenomenon.
