The drive is not recognized by the computer or the CD&DVD cannot be played normally?
- Please make sure your computer has an available media player (such as VideoLAN VLC player), burning or ripping software before using it.
- Setting area code according to different regions, you should set region code to #1 to play USA discs.
- Data transfer speed is also affected by the computer and system environments. ( If you have any problems with the Startup, Please Touch us in time, and we will do our best to solve it for you.)
- If your computer does not have enough power to support the external drive, you can charge the drive with the configured power cable to make sure it has enough power.
- If you are using a desktop computer, connect the device to the USB port on the motherboard for normal use.
- Please keep your CD/DVD drive flat and ensure that your disc is securely fixed on the tray.
