Note:

1. The device can burn CD, unfortunately it cannot burn DVD.

2. Please connect the device to the direct USB port on your computer. When you connect it to a USB hub or extension cable, it may not be able to recognize the driver or read the CD / DVD.

3. This drive is not fully compatible with Windows 10 computers due to compatibility issues between Windows 10 itself and the external hardware. We suggested downloading VLC media player to play DVD and CD.

4. If the laptop has sufficient power to burn CD / DVD, you could use the charging cable for burning.
