have following suggestions: 1. When you're driving, turn off parking mode, motion detection, auto power off and screensavers. Otherwise, it's easy to cause car camera to turn on and off, you can turn them on when parking. 2. Turn on loop recording, adjust G-sensor to "low". 3. Use original car charger to charge dash cam. 4. If met dash camera can't work, restore the factory settings and poke the reset hole with the card pin.
