A1: please kindly adjust the focus distance , this wifi endoscope the best Observation is 4-10 cm , when you Observation please do not move the lens and this endoscope with 8 LED lights , when you used area is dark , please adjust the led lights to the max !

Q2: Why open the APP ,did not have any picture ?

A2: please kindly noted when scan QR code download APP choose right version ,for iphone choose IOS , for smartphone cellphone choose Android version . also please kindly confrim if connected success wifi ! (For wifi connected , please press 5-10 seconds , then can be fully connected)

Q3: what is the long distance on wifi can be connected ?

Q4 : does this endoscope can used on water ?

A4: this can support used on water , the time generally support 10-15 mintues , we suggest used on water used a waterproof cap .

A5 : This have: 640*480, 1280*720,1600*1200(For 1200p please kindly used on PC , Most of cellphone just can support 1080P )
