Q1: The endoscope lens cannot go deeper in the pipe, what should I do?
A1: You can use a fish tape to help move the camera end but I found a tip to add to the camera so it will slide through the pipe better.
Q2: The unit does not focus well enough to see clearly. Am I using it incorrectly?
A2: It will not be focused if you keep the lens too close to the object. can try to pull the lens a litter further away.
Q3: It gets a blue screen when I go to take pictures. What is the cause?
A3: Please make sure the cables are connected properly first and fully charge the endoscope, then turn off the endoscope, take out the TF card and reinsert it. Finally, restart the endoscope.
