Important Notice
NO BLUETOOTH icon will appear on the Taskbar when the DG60 is plugged into your PC. It should be recognized as a USB sound card / USB speaker. The pairing / connection happens through the DG60, not your computer.
Certain models of Sennheiser headphones may experience a popping noise when using the aptX low latency codec. This is a known chipset issue and can be resolved by a software upgrade of the headphones or transmitter.
Recommended:
Bluetooth-enable any PC or laptop (Windows, OS, Linux, etc.). No drivers.
Bluetooth-enable your game console (PS4, Nintendo Switch, etc.).
Use with Bluetooth headphones, speakers and receivers to stream music or chat online.
Use with aptX-Low Latency (
Range of up to 50m / 164ft in open air without obstacles / interference.
Doesn't work / not recommended for:
Cannot Bluetooth-enable TVs, wired speakers or car stereo systems.
Not compatible with keyboard / mouse, mobile phone, game controllers, printers, projectors and other BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) devices.
Supports voice OR music single channel only for non-FastStream (FS) BT headphones.
Use with non aptX-Low Latency devices will produce an audio delay of 70-200ms - not ideal for watching TV / movies.

Music & Video / Game Streaming Switch
Use the music quality priority and no lip-sync delay priority switch
If you want high definition audio, switch to For Music. If you want to stream audio with minimal delay, switch to For Gaming.
If you want to play games using a Headset that supports FastStream, switch to For Gaming to get simultaneous clear chat & stereo quality sound. For other codecs (eg. aptX-LL, aptX,SBC), the switch have no effect.
