Not bad. 3/28/2018 5:18:07 PM

Pros: -Worked like a charm for 4 years
-Ran everything I ever threw at it up until around Witcher 3 came out. So for around 3 years it was all you needed

Cons: -Only worked for 4 years, just in time for the warranty to expire ;)
-nowadays there are better gpus and this one has aged

Overall Review: I would still recommend the GPU but beware of it not lasting too long, eventually they just break on you.

Was Great for a few years. 9/28/2017 12:06:09 PM

Pros: Worked extremely well the first 2 years. Handled anything you could throw at it.

Cons: Over the last year and a half I have noticed that it had some stuttering and slight over heating. And today it finally crapped out on me. 3 years and 7 months. First Video card ever to burn out, and I have been building since 2001. Oh well. Time to move on.

UPDATED 3 years old now. still doing what it should do 2/16/2017 11:56:42 PM

Pros: Gaming sensation, running WOT at Max res. and getting 102 FPS, it runs very cool.. of course to air that exits my case feels like A/C i am sure that helps..
it runs about 45-48C idle or in full game mode

Cons: NONE

Overall Review: just keep in mind this card is huge and heavy.. to me makes it that much better :P

Great card 5/12/2016 7:11:45 PM

Pros: Looks cool
Runs cool (3 fans)
Super overclockable
Adjustable fan speeds
Can overvolt
Can set a power target and temp target
Can overclock the display refresh rate

Most BF4 maps can be ran at 60FPS on Ultra. Some of the newer maps from the DLC cause the FPS to drop as low as 40.

Cons: None so far.

Overall Review: I have had 2 Gigabyte cards without any problems.

I was able to achieve a stable overclock at +100 base clock, +250 memory clock, and 138% power target never exceeding 60 degrees Celsius.

Nice Card, but Died at the 2 year mark 12/24/2015 7:46:56 AM

Pros: -Worked very well and gave good frames with any game I threw at it.

Cons: -Finally died after 25 months..
Out of the blue the card stopped sending a signal to my monitor and the fans started blowing full blast nonstop. After troubleshooting to no avail. I had to swap it out with my old 560 gtx until I can find a replacement.

Overall Review: -I was hoping it would last a little longer until the new Nvidia Pascal cards came out. It looks like I'll have to hunt for a different gpu in the mean time.

Fast card/Failed in less than 2 years. 12/19/2015 12:27:30 AM

Pros: -Fast Card
I used this card steadily for gaming and video/animation work. It was extremely fast for rendering in AE and other programs. I never had any issues running games at near max settings.

Cons: -Failed after less than 2 years.
-Without warning, the card stopped sending a signal to the monitors. The card looks brand new after blowing some compressed air through the fans. There is no reason this card should have failed. Previous cards I've owned have lasted several years and usually don't just "fail" out of the blue.

Overall Review: All my previous video cards have lasted me between 4-5 years without issue. I turned on my computer today and have not been able to receive a signal from the monitor. I've had these kinds of issues with systems in the past and just figured it was a loose cable. After checking the cables, completely taking apart my system and removing all the various parts, trying a different PCI slot, etc. After several hours of trial and error and various system configurations, the card still is sending no signal to the monitors. I've now determined that the card has failed.

Fortunately, I was able to re-install my 5 year old backup AMD card and get back up and running without any downtime. If this is a hardware failure after less than 2 years, I am very dissatisfied. Especially for the price of this card when I purchased it, I would expect it to function for more than 2 years.

I really liked this card and I think I may try buying a heavier PSU as one last ditch effort to get the card working again but I don't think it will make a difference. My current PSU is 650 watts, which by all calculations should be plenty, and WAS plenty to keep this card operational for the last year and a half.

Was fun while it lasted 9/5/2015 6:45:24 AM

Pros: Was a beast of a GPU while it lasted. tore up anything I threw at it while staying around 75 celcius max!

Cons: Started getting a non responsive black screen, so apparently it was actually crashing the GPU completely. Turned the fans on amnual to get higher spin speeds and lowered the voltage a little to see if it would help. Everything was fine for about a month, then my GPU driver started crashing and restarting. Then gradually it started crashing again, and that leads me to where it is now, I can't even start a game or anything that uses the GPU without it crashing after 4 seconds. The entire time this was happening I was monitoring the temperature and never got above 80c.

Overall Review: I guess I'll call to see if I can get it repaired, I will let you know how that process goes...
