* Requires overclocking/BIOS adjustments. Maximum speed and performance depends on system components, including motherboard and CPU.
Designed for compatible AMD platforms, Trident Z5 Neo RGB is engineered for high memory performance with customizable RGB lighting, making it the ideal choice to build a performance PC system.
- Sleek and streamlined design, available in matte black or matte white
- Customizable RGB lighting support
- AMD EXPO™ Memory Overclock Profile Support
- Do not mix memory kits. Memory kits are sold in matched kits that are designed to run together as a set. Mixing memory kits will result in stability issues or system failure.
- Prior to enabling AMD EXPO, memory kits will boot at the SPD speed at default BIOS settings with compatible hardware.
- For memory kits with AMD EXPO, enable EXPO profile in BIOS to reach up to the rated potential EXPO overclock speed of the memory kit, subject to the use of compatible hardware. Enabling AMD EXPO is an act of overclocking and requires BIOS setting adjustments.
- Reaching the rated AMD EXPO overclock speed and system stability will depend on the compatibility and capability of the motherboard and CPU used.
- Usage in any manner inconsistent with manufacturer specifications, warnings, designs, or recommendations will result in lower speeds, system instability, or damage to the system or its components.
Refer to the G.SKILL memory kit QVL on the G.SKILL website to check motherboard compatibility.

The G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB is a 64GB (2 x 32GB) DDR5-6000 desktop memory kit with AMD EXPO, CL26 timing, and customizable RGB lighting, suited to compatible AMD-based gaming and high-performance PCs.
Recommended For
- Ryzen desktop builders who want a 64GB, two-stick kit and plan to enable AMD EXPO for a DDR5-6000 setup; check the motherboard and CPU memory-support lists because the rated EXPO speed depends on platform compatibility.
- Desktop users who run memory-heavy creative or multitasking workloads and want 64GB in a matched 2×32GB kit, rather than adding a second kit later.
- Enthusiast PC builders who want tight DDR5-6000 timings, RGB lighting, and a white memory kit as part of a coordinated desktop build.
- PC tweakers who are comfortable checking their motherboard’s memory QVL, enabling EXPO in BIOS, and troubleshooting if the system does not run stably at the rated profile.
Real-World Use Scenarios
- On an AMD AM5 gaming PC, a player enables the EXPO profile to run the memory at its rated setting; memory-sensitive, CPU-limited games may benefit, but the size of any performance gain depends on the game and system.
- A gamer keeps a game, voice chat, browser tabs, and recording or streaming software open together; 64GB provides more memory headroom for that multitasking, especially when those apps would otherwise push a smaller system toward its memory limit.
- A video editor works with large projects while keeping editing and other applications open; the 64GB capacity offers room for more active media and applications before memory capacity becomes a constraint, though results depend on the project and software.
- A developer runs several virtual machines, containers, or large development tools at once; 64GB gives those workloads more room to coexist before they compete for system memory.
- A builder finishes an AMD-compatible system and selects EXPO in the BIOS instead of manually entering memory timings; the profile makes the rated memory setting easier to apply, but whether it runs stably depends on the CPU and motherboard.
